    It MUST be something to do with all the drugs/anisthetic??… I’m really worried.. I LOOK SO FAT!!! Like a bloated african child :(

    I’ve never taken laxatives before but I took two yesterday and nothing.

    I’m sorry to be crude haha!!.. This happened to anyone else or does my body just HATE me and want me too feel ugly and ewwww!!

    I was the same…. have taken laxatives the last 2 days and mars finally landed today haaa, still feel bloated through so will keep taking them for a couple of days xx

    Try walking around the house a bit lovely,it gets things moving,also drink lots of water and fresh juice,the bloating will subside as soon as you resume normal activities.xxbless ya.xxx

    This happens to nearly everyone hun, general anaethetic buts everything to sleep and you bowels take a bit of time to wake bk up lol and a combo of the drugs dont help, def get on the laxatives I took them for 3 days.and I was bk to normal xx

    i had my op last sunday on 21st and i only went yesterday it was a long time coming never wanna have that bloated feeling again :(

    Defo get some laxatives- and don’t bother with Senokot, it takes ages to kick in. I was in loads of discomfort too! x

    black coffee and cereal and even chocolate work well babe! you should be back to normal within a couple of days :) its just a combo of all the antiboitics/painkillers, try not to use and other medication to make you go – they lead to the opposite effect in the long run! xxx

    I took a week and a half. Then delivered rabbit pellets. Don’t worry. You are normal!! My African bloating lasted three weeks !!! ;)

    Black coffee and Dulcoease worked a treat.. but then I found I had bad tummy aches after all that coffee lol.. so had to take Gaviscon as well!! What a bloody nightmare. Buttttt I cannot stand being bloated!! Took a good two weeks for the bloating to go completely though hun, so hang in there!!

    hang in there hun, im still not back to normal after 8 days. just try not to eat anything that bloats you. i havent eaten bread for a week xx

    Get some movicol sachets from the pharmacy. I have IBS too and this is the only thing that work for me besides my Colon Hydrotherapy (bum flush) well that’s why the husband refers to it as. I prefer Colon Cleanse ;0) x

    I’m dreading this part when its my turn to join the boobie club in Oct x
