im feeling like a moan, im really missing the gym and exercise, ive started back doing a few ab exercises and 25 min on the cross trainer but i wanna go back to the gym, anyone else missing getting a sweat up in the gym xx
I really miss the gym and the pool and sauna! Feeling very blobby and I am sure my tummy is getting bigger every day including my bum. Still have 4 weeks to wait untilt I can even sit on the training bikes – boo hoo, gonna book a personal trainer for a couple of sessions in April for him to give me a programme for bums and thighs (light exercises for arms)! Need to look good in a bikini now I have BOOBIES!!!! xx
