sorry girls but by belly looks like im pregnant iv taken sunnokot max strength every night for five nights and nothing any tips x x also why do we get problems like this after op im 5 days post op help meeeeeeee x

Movicol is good, i finally went after 3 days xx

My surgeon told me to take slow walks when I felt up to it, he said the aesthetic has made the bowel go top sleep,just need to get everything moving again,hope you get some relief soon.xxx I took senokot as well.xxx

i took senacot every morning and nite and stil didnt go till 5 days post op, poor tummy x x x

i have a feeling that by the end of today i will find some relief my belly is making all the right noises anyway lol x x ill keep u posted or maybe not he he 😳

drink loads of orange juice? or maybe try some dried apricots or prunes?? x

Couple of packs of Jaffa Cakes did the job for me well and truly – but I hadn’t just had an op, I was being greedy (when I have one I can’t stop and it was a BOGOF!)

movicol worked for me, i only had constipation for 3 days and I took 3 sachets a day for the 3 days then never had a problem after that, even when i was taking alot of meds for a long time after that. You have to buy it from a pharmacist xx
