I wear the nike dri fit sports bras, I work out 2 hours a day with varies diff.actvivties, running, cycling,zumba,combat,weights etc and I give my nike sports bra 5* they are awesome xx

I also need some sort of high impact bra too, I’ve never had a proper sports bra though so can I ask do you get them in a smaller size so they’re more supportive or what? xxx
