Can I join this club. I got measured in M&S yesterday and although was happy that I also measure a 32E there (they still only look a bloody C!!) the lady, who was very nice but obviously a much older generation, said you’ve got quite big boobs for your frame haven’t you, I just smiled and she said ‘you do see alot of girls come in here with these fake boobs, you’re very lucky!’ did make me smile more especially as I only turned 6 weeks on Weds but I just kept thinking I wish I had perky, fake boobies!! but I asked for natural and definitely got natural!!! will be making the best of them until I can afford a re-op lol Xx

I stressed so much to mr falladhar that they had to look natural and he gave exactly what i asked for… but am changing my mind now lol xx

Vhuck my pc said he’s fab at big and fake and doesn’t specialise in natural. As I queried this when I started reading about him on here do was gonna change surgeons but she told me that she recommended him to me because I wanted the bigger faker look xxxx

Maxi. Best thing to do is tell the surgeon how you feel. They normally understand and can give you what you want xxx

hi i told mr k i wanted fake look & he said mention it before i go down for surgery and he will make them look fake im having 460s unders (i think) cant decide between 410 or 460 on the 16th march xx

I’m not sure…maybe they place them a bit higher. Mine are literally in my neck lol but I would think that they would stretch the skin as much as possible with a big implant to create that fake, pressurised look and put them over the muscle x
