I Week post op tomorrow??

Hey ladies,
I am 1 week post op tomorrow, I came back to work yesterday which I think may have been too soon.
My Right boob is fine just a bit sore around the incisions, my left boob is so swollen and bruised still I am a bit concerned, is this a sign of capsular contraction???
How is everyone else feeling this time Post op.

@Misty is it more swollen than before?? I had 455 overs with Mr Singh on Sep,4 and was really swollen. I still have some swelling, I think coz Mr Singh doesnt use drains it takes time for fluids to settle in naturally. It takes 4-6 for fluids to adjust. Unless they go rock hard, I dont think there’s anything to worry about. However, you can speak to your nurse just for your peace of mind 🙂 x x

Hi hun, I’m getting my strapping off on Friday, I think everyone’s different and depends how you cope with it I guess, I’m 4 days post op and wouldn’t dream of going back to work just yet, I still feel like my incisions are going to open every time I get off the sofa! Lol I had drains, but they we’re taken out about an hour after the surgery :-/ my left boob is completely fine, but my right is reeaally swollen and burning around the incisions. I did ring but apparently this is normal, I suggest just take it really easy to give the swelling a chance to go and the nurse will tell you how your doing tomorrow 🙂 xx
