Ice packs

Im currently sitting on the sofa with an ice pack attached to each boob to reduce swelling, do u reckon this will help as mine are still really swollen after 9 days xxx

Make sure you take your meds regularly and sleep propped up. Sleeping propped up will reduce the swelling- don’t know about the ice packs though. xx

I would expect it to help, when I have patients with injuries ice is always applied to reduce swelling RICE- rest, ice, compression, eleivation god I’m a geek lol!

haha RICE test, i wont forget that in a hurry thanks honey!! I think the ice packs have helped alot, they already feel less swollen, so i will definately perservere with them!!! I will try anything to get rid of it!!! xxx
