if i pay half of procedure is finance better to get?:

im meeting dr russo on fri, hoping to get nose and boobs done at same time, only if i can get half on finance, bad credit though so worried, even tho i do earn the money ect, can anyone give me any info please, also want some pics of before and afters cant find any online anywhere
