if I'm a b cup and have 525cc overs what size will I be?

Mr singh gave me 2 choices 525cc and 625cc coz I said I wanted them quite big. He said he is reluctant to do 625 as he finks my body could reject an implant of that size because I’m petite so I’ve decided to go for 525s. He measured me nd told me I’m a b cup now. If I have 525’s what size should that make me? Xx
