starting to worry about the risks involved with breast enlargements (unders)….in general, if ripplying or double bubble occur should the clinic perform a re-op to correct it for free?? surely they dont leave you with breasts that are not 100% right? :/ x

I Think they would with double bubble or capsuler contraction. But not with rippeling as that is quite a common risk to having enlargements unfortunately x

hey beckie, thanks for info hun, i reckon for double bubble and cc they should operate for free to correct it – i mean its a lot of money to then come away and it not to be perfect :s im a worrier though so prob panicing bit too much! :) xx

What is rippeling ? And yes to the other two in the first 5 years x

Yea they should n if u see my latest piks if that Dusnt go I’m definitely going to b demanding a re op. But the surgeon wil give u nothing that they Think will give u severe rippeling I can feel ripples if I lean forward but can’t see them but He warned me that it could happen as He wanted me to have a smaller implant xx

beckie just looked at your pics hun! didnt realise! hope you get it sorted chick, it might not even be DB but best to check anyway. And yes DEFO demand a re-op if its needed hun, waaay too much money to just let it go. michelle08 rippeling is when skin effectively creates a ripple look over the implant but its more common in ‘overs’ than unders as the implant is protected by the muscle in unders xx beckie what size implant did u have again? xx

I only had 380 but it was advised to have 340, but I didn’t want 340. Yea it might not b but jus seems to get worse oh well lol xx

theyre massive for 380! im getting 420 ( was advised 390 originally) but id be more than happy with your size hun :) if i was you id go see the surgeon in person right away just to put your mind at ease….. if its nothing to worry about at least you will know then and can just focus on enjoying them :) x

No I don’t Think its due to implant size. My skin had been stretched loads from having my kids even now it feels like I stil have loose skin. It can happen no matter what size implant I Think. I was a 30c pre op an now measure a 30ff/g only look about a D tho lol xx

I read that theres a minimal amount of risk of rippling with unders?? Xx

    Menu

My surgeon said there is more chance of rippling with overs but less chance of double bubble

    Menu

Yea double bubble is more common in unders. My surgeon told me with unders there is less chance on top of the boob, but the under bit us not covered by muscle so it probably would occur there. It’s not as high in unders but it all depends I guess, like me, if u push for a bigger implant than advised there’s a much greater risk. U can’t see mine u can Jus feel it wen I lean forward to grab something and that’s down the sides of my boob xx

If any of the above matters occured and you needed a re aug, would you have to pay again?

    Menu

beckie sorry for all the questions hun but iv one more!Lol Surely with you opting for the bigger cc size that it decreases risk of DB coz the skin and tissue is filled out more with a larger implant? or am i jst trying to convince myself that bigger is better coz iv booked in for 420’s :s argh im definately having second thoughts now. xx
