    Theres a bit in the t&cs about it hun. You can get full refund on medical grounds. If its just a straight forward cancellation, they keep a % of your cash depending on how close your op date is xx

    Rippling. I feel really annoyed at myself because I researched and convinced myself that I needed soft touch to reduce rippling, but when I saw my surgeon he said there’s no difference and told me not to waste my money. He’s the expert and I do trust him but someone told me he uses the inspira range at his own company, so if there’s no difference why does he use them?! x

    Check with your PC hun – I paid a deposit to secure a date before I’d been approved for credit to pay the rest of the balance – my PC said if I wasn’t approvided for finance I’d get my deposit back if needed. You might have a time limit to how long it’s refundable, or it might depond on circumstances xx
