im 3 weeks post op been sleeping on myside and my left boob is in agony

My left boob is soo sore when i wake up n firm and my right 1 is really firm but not sore and i sleep on both sides,it hurts in the day to when i lift my left arm up, i was fine and could do everything now its really sore at the side and where my ribs are dont know what to do,i even tried sleeping on my back n its still hurts i think my bra myt b too tight but not sure xx

My right boob is still very sore and hurts constantly, day and night! It is harder and more tender to touch than my left one. I’ll be 6 weeks post op this Wednesday and still sleeping on my back cos it hurts to sleep on my sides. I just put it down to the fact that I am right handed and obviously do more lifting etc with that hand.
Are you left handed by any chance? xx

I had this try sleeping with a tight t shirt rather than bra!helped me a lot, dnt wear anything on top to bed now as its comfier!xxxx

have u tried sleeping with bra over tight top sooo comfortable x

i have also had this problem,
actually got stuck last night and couldn’t move, however all my meds have run out. so have been in sooo much pain i had op on tuesday.
feels really difficult to breath.!!! anyone the same?>
