Mr traynor explained the unders/partials/overs to me this is what he said,

full unders – go under all three layers of pec muscle an lie against it chest wall. Meaning a lot longer than 6 weeks healing time,a lot more pin and no implant to feel. Only ever used with reconstructive surgery and there reassignment surgery!

partials (usually called unders by surgeons as a matter of ease) these go under the first layer of chest muscle, which is shorter, meaning no muscle cut, this means the implant can be felt st the Sides and bottom, however not the top, so there creates a natural slop on your blog.less painful the ful, infers and more widely used for girls with Little to thin breast tissue.

overs are basically the implant placed I to your breast tissue.

both partials and overs can give the natural look as this depends on the amount of tissue j have to start with.

oooh right I see, well i’m def having partials then I might just let the surgeon decide on 340’s or 380’s! lol I have told her to try both and if 380’s look too big then I will have the 340’s xx
