Im a Dance Teacher

I teach Ballroom and latin, which means lots of arms up to the sides at the very least. I got 2 weeks off my full time job ( bum on seat )

But how long to have off my evening job ? i book people in some times months in advance so need to know really. Its not strenious but does mean lifting arms etc

Are you having unders or overs as this makes a big difference on your healing times. With unders I would say at least 6 weeks, with overs you may feel ok with 4 weeks but depends on your scar and whether you would be able to show someone without fully throwing yourself around.

Surgeons always say that 6 weeks is the starting point, it may take a few weeks to get your fitness and flexibiltiy levels up after this point.
