Im a newbie, unders or overs,advice?

Hi everyone im new just starting to look into mya clinic, whats the main diff unders or overs pros and cons any advice pics would be great everyone and who is recommended at mya,, my friends have been to eleysea brussels and unders and they thought the were a good place to go, but not sure about going abroad even though its cheeper, im 36 b and want to go a lot bigger.xx

i was gonna go to eleysea in brussels but i changed my mind. but ive heard such amazing stuff about the place. but MYA got my vote all the way.. im having overs with mr singh hes the big boobie man..

Do you get to pick your surgeon?

I have my first conseltation on the 12th of next month.x

Yes you get to choose your surgeon.

Your surgeon normally advises you on what size (cc) of implant to go for. If you take pictures along of how you’d like to look they can gauge from them what size of implant you would need.

I had uplift with implants with Mr Traynor. I’d recommend him xx

I had unders with mr traynor i would 100000000000000000%%%% recommend him without a shadow of a doubt!!!!!!! Xx

Hey – i’ve been looking into overs and unders, I always thought i’d have unders as i’ve been told that in the long-run they give a slightly more natural apperance and feel but i’ve since been convinced to have overs reasons being:

1. i’ve got enough breat tissue to cover the implant to make them feel natural

2. They hurt less post-op

3. I don’t like the thought of pulling my muscle up to put an implant under

I think really the best thing if you’re unsure is to see what your surgeon recommends because they’re the experts.

1. Unders are also easier to detect breast cancer

2. Less chance of capsular constraction because of the muscle massaging the implant

3. Less chance of bottoming out

4. Less chance of sagging later in life due to muscle holding the implant

5. And more natural looking

If your gonna get it done and get through the motions anyway then whats an extra few days recovery time for all the above. Very minimal xxx

I had unders and only had a dull ache for bout a week worse in mornings. My pal had overs on same day and she was in pain just as long as me….

Like fairydust says there are less risks. I personally think if ur as thin and as flat as i was unders look very natural. However if u have boob to start with then overs can also look natual.
