No. The worst bit was the not eating for so long haha especialy when my mum secretly packed me massive bat of galaxy! Lol

all I realy remember from op is needle. Feeling abot sickly then waking up. Abit of discomfort now but only when I try moove. When I’m just laid there is hardly any pain at all

Oooh so glad you did mean canula and not cathiter. I’m all checked in now just waiting to be took down for surgery and was panicking about a cathiter lol

right so, i’m back on my sofa, alive, and theres hardly any pain
this isn’t what i was expecting!! haha

so
i got picked up from my house at half 7 with my mam, in a REALLY posh silver car! mm xD
arrived at doncaster park hill at around 10 and got taken to my room, number 19
was absolutely CRAPPING myself
nice nurse came in, gave me my sockies and paper nickers and gown to put on
asked me a few medical questions

few minutes later the anaestetist came, such a lovely man, laughing at me because i wanted the magic cream on my hand for the needle haha, yes, i know i’m a puff but the needle was the part which was scaring me most
so, i had to wait about an hour for mr kazzazi to come in, draw on me, tell me i will be “quite sizable” with my 460cc unders which made me a happy bunny…not so much my mam (YOURE GONNA LOOK LIKE JORDANNN) hahha
noone really seemed to explain what was going to happen or anything, just quick visits, but, im quite glad because i didn’t want the gory detail!!!!!
i think i was taken down to theatre about quater to 12 by a nice nurse, took me up in the lift and got me to lie on a bed in this little room. There was only her and the anasthetist and they were trying to make me laugh since i was pooping myself about the catheter haha, but honestly, it wasnt that bad!! so dont worry!
so she was squeezing my arm, told me to breathe in, and in went the needle, phew! pretty much straight away he got a syringe and shoved that in; “youll start to feel sleepy soon” NAHH I WONT I THOUGHT…i was WRONG. put the next syringe in and i was off. i think i was brough t back to my room about 2 but i dont really remember being in recovery, apparentlyi was crying.
For the first half hour or so everything was quite blurry then my eyesight came back and i felt abit more normal [= ive been expecting the pain to hit and it never has, they just feel heavy when i stand so eeither my kazzazi is amazing or im really solid theyre really high up at the moment and quite hard, and pointy (the famous madonna boobs!) and i cant feel my nipples at all. All bandaged up with my nipples sticking out…its not a good look but im sure it will settledown soon [=
im sorry if im rambling :P, nearly there!!
mr kazzazi came back in and said everything had gone fine! im not to wear a sports bra until my appointment with the nurse on thursday, tho he said i should wear a D cup and go up a back size or 2, so hopefully this means i should be a DD ish in normal bras they really dont look to big at the moment tho its hard to tell with all this strapping.
i was aloud to eat some toast and tea 2 hours after my op, although i couldnt really manage the toast, my mouth was so dry it was like eating clay, but i drank some of my tea and had a nap [= the nurses came round every few hours to fo my blood pressure and check my drains which i didnt even notice were there
around 7 i was given some sandwhiches which i again couldnt reallyeat, so i just pulled out the ham and ate that haha xD and a little bowl of ice cream [=
my mam left at 8 to go to her hotel and the lovely night nurses came in to help me to the toilet and get my jarmies on. sat in my bed watching jonathon ross and ringing around telling people i ACTUALLY have boobs hahaha
was woken up at 7 this morning by the nurse to take my catheter and drains out..YEY. didnt really feel the drains coming out at all, it just makes a funny noise haha and the catheter was fine!!!!
i got dressed with abit of help getting my jacket on and we got picked up at 10 [=
and here i am
still no pain, and im loving the fact i have boobs!!!!! cant wait to see how big theyre going to turn out [= at the moment im just relieved its overr !!!

lol, i felt like my boobs where in my face with the tape they feel sooo different when its taken off.

i had to gradually start to wear sports bras, i got used to not wearing on and took my time getting into them. didnt and still dont wear a sports bra to bed.

Good to hear your Mum is making you put your feet up! GO BECKY’S MUM!

Sooooo pleased for u. But remember uve still got all the meds from op in u, so dont over do it make sure u rest. I listened to a couple of ladies on here that said they did too much in the early days and was really sore after. I rested loads for the first week then increased the things i did in the second wk im 17 days post op and am feeling fab so take care and happy healing xx
