    i havent been on here in a while as all the comments were going down hill so badly, regarding MYAs customer service. I have paid my deposit but now worried iv gone with the wrong company as the main thing that would draw me to a company is customer service .. Maybe there forgetting that we need to trust them as it might just be a job to them but we are puttin are lives in there hands!

    I hope MYA read this and realise what affect it is having on the customers!

    You rant away honey,thats what the forum is for to air our views,I chose MYA over 3 other companies,I did this after spending months on the forum reading positive and negative posts,some members have experienced issues re customer services,but when you consider the sheer volume of customers using the service,I dont think there is any company that is 100% perfect with everything across the business,at least with Mya if you voice an opinion it is picked up on,and addressed not just ignored,the surgeons are amazing,the hospitals are amazing,the staff that have dealt with me have been amazing,and based on my experience alone I think MYA have been amazing,this forum is an absolute godsend,where else would you be able to address a valid point without having to write a letter and wait ages for a reply,hope MYA get in touch with you amanda and put you at ease.xxx

    i chose mya over transform, hospital group, and elanic…and i think if any of these companys had a forum it would be exact same! i had no problem with mya atal..i develpoed a heomotoma after op and it was sorted out next day and wasnt charged for the extra night in hosp or anythin then surgeon wanted to see me for a 1 and 2 week check just to make sure i was ok, i couldnt of asked for more! just remember ppl will always be more ready to tell u bout the bad than the good! x

    I agree with what the other girls have said. I think all cosmetic surgery companies are prob as bad as each other but because MYA have this forum we get to hear about it.

    The customer service I received from MYA was shocking mainly down to my pc!! However my surgeon MR T was fab can’t fault him.

    MYA need to concentrate more on their customer service and aftercare as they pride themselves in being 1 of the best cosmetic surgery companies out there. I personally do not agree that they are and if I had my time again I would not go through MYA. It seems that once they have your money they couldn’t care less!

    I have found MYA customer service and aftercare to be amazing and after going too 7 other companies I’m 100% pleased I chose MYA.

    The Newcastle office have been amazing, but I know every PC is diff, my surgeon was Mr Traynor and he is amazing.

    Hi Hun,

    I had my op today and I decided to go with MYA because of out of the other companies they didn’t rush me and I felt conffident in them.

    I had a hiccup this morning with hospitals but they sorted it straight away and They r paying for my travel ect and I still got my lovely boobies done and was extremely well looked after!! Nurses were fab!!

    Everyone will come on here for a rant but to be honest it doesnt happen that offen when you think of how many girls use them a daily! Bad news travels quicker then good news and maybe we should also mention all the positive things they do too!

    Ever company has their mistakes and human errors non of them r perfect but I think they do try to correct things quickly when brought to their attention.
