Jacqui I came out 32f but I’m fresh out of hosp so no doubt there is loads of swelling, I’m gonna try going without a bra for a few days until I can get into them again!! Thanks for your help hun.

wow 32F :swingin::cheer::crazy: no wonder your sports bra didn’t fit !!! In a couple of days some of that swelling will go down a bit, but great result oh yeahhhhhhh xx

Melissa – you don’t have to pay for your food at Highgate, but if your partner wants some, they can order some too for a good price!

Melissa – when you get to your room someone will come round and read you the menu so you can pick a 3 course meal and choice of brekkie the next day, unfortunately my dinner looked lovely but I barely touched it, just wasn’t hungry. Like Jacqui said though, no extra cost.

Jacqui haha, I did that M&S thing again and came up 32e so who knows. Looking forward to seeing what they look like when they drop a bit!

Tereza – When I look down to them they look average size but if I look straight on at them in the mirror they look enormous. Mr Adamo said they will feel and look alien for a week or 2 but then they will drop and I’ll fall in love with them. So yeah it’s a big implant but they don’t look silly or out of proportion. What size are you now hun?

Amylou – Yay I did it! Aw yeah I have nothing but good things to say about it, I feel like I wanna go back and do it again! The drive up wasn’t so bad cos my admission time was 1pm we missed all the rush hour traffic but it’s hit n miss isn’t it.
Yes hunny I am on sofem, I’m angelslice. I’m in the process of taking some pics but haven’t uploaded them yet. Ooh that’s a tricky one, I’d like to be 32e no bigger really but I’ll keep you posted! xxx

Hi Jacqui, I didn’t sleep well at all, even with the v pillow I kept waking up to find myself on my back so had to wake hubby to push me up again, soooo sore cos pain killers had worn off. Feel ok today but nervous about another bad night 😥

Daisy, did you sleep well? Thanks for the info, I had a shock absorber sports bra 32f but it was too small but my 32e seems to fit ok!! Guess it differs from one make to another. xxx

Not sleepin well at all my bum hurts from sleepin in same position ouch but worth it an its not forever is it x

oooooo i remember the feeling well girls, my lower back and my bum got really sore and ached from sleeping on my back for so long! But, it will get better honestly, i ended up having 3 pillows and my v pillow. Hope that you both get a slightly better night tonight xx

hey rio! great story, i think i spoke to you a while ago. i also have a sick phobia!! only part of the op which im scared of!! so pleased everything went well and you was not sick!!! ill be asking for that jab in my butt!!! congrats honey and happy healing. only 5 weeks and half a day left for me!!!!

Beck, don’t worry about the sickness at all, they put anti sickness in with the mix when you’re asleep automatically but when you’ve woken up after the op you need to ask for it so buzz them up if you feel queasy and I promise you it takes effect so quickly, I was right as rain after that!! xx

Yes 460! And all along I was adamant I wanted the 410. I think as I have so much breast tissue he thought the 410 wouldn’t have as much impact. At the very last minute I said to him ‘can I just leave it up to you to decide?’ he said ‘of course!!’ and was so reasurring and lovely, how could I not trust him!!

Haha I am Jacqui, I want to rush upstairs and try on everything I own! can i just ask a silly question? How do you measure yourself at home? I’m only asking because none of the sports bra’s I bought fit me and I don’t know what size to buy next. I know he says no bra required but I’d like to have a couple in just in case.
And don’t worry about not going for the 410’s, yours are amazing hun!!

Vels, please don’t worry, think of it as a fun day out, they’ll put you so much at ease and it’s like staying in a hotel for the night and you get to leave with a new pair of boobies, it doesn’t get much better than that!!

Hi girls, couldn’t wait to come and share my news.

Had a 3 hour trip up to London, got there for 1pm with a banging headache, not sure if it was the nerves or the lack of food but I have to say it was the only part of the day I didn’t enjoy, plus I knew I’d be given painkillers for it soon enough! Got through an entire copy of OK and was taken down to theatre at 3.15, all the nurses were lovely and put me at ease. I had anaestetic through a mask so felt myself drifting off gradually. The next thing I knew I heard my name being called and I just saw a clock in front of me saying 4.30, all done so quickly!!
I had the blower put inside my blanket which was lovely and had a quick feel of my new boobs, from the angle I was looking they were perfect.

Back to my room then and was given some tea and toat but felt dizzy and sick when I tried to sit up so asked for an anti nausea injection as I have a sickness phobia. Ouch! it really hurts when they inject that thing into your bum cheek!! but I’d take anything over sickness! Within 15 mins I was sat upright enjoying my toast and felt fine from that point on.

I was walking about and the nurse told me I was a naughty girl for going to wee without telling her. I could move my arms around and had virtually no pain at all, just a tightness.

Mr Adamo visited first thing this morning and was very happy. I took a sports bra with me which the nurse helped me put on but it was very small and Mr Adamo said don’t bother with one if I don’t want to.

Just got home now and had a quick wash and feel fantastic. All you pre-op girls, don’t worry about a thing, enjoy your day, you’re so well looked after, I’d recommend Mya to anyone and can’t thank Mr Adamo enough.

Incidenatally, for those of you that remember my 410/460 debate, I finally did decide on the 410 as was scared of going too big but just before my surgery he talked me into the 460 and he was sooo right. He told me in all the years he’d been doing it he hadn’t once come across a girl that ended up ‘too big’, that swung it for me and I’m glad I listened to him. Hope maybe this helps some of the girls torn between sizes at the moment.

Hi Becky, I think the anaestetic went into the needle and the gas just put me to sleep. I only mentioned the gas cos when I had my nose done they put everything into the needle and no mask at all.

You’re gonna love then 460 hun!!

If you copy and paste this link from M&S it really helpful, and gives you your size. For example i’m 31″ under my boobs, and 38 1/2 ” over, and my size is 36DD which is what the M&S guide shows.

Rio – my measurements above are without a bra on :swingin: and the M&S guide shows 36DD on that, and that is the bra i am wearing, so i would do it without one on. There will always be a slight differance is sizes, depending on where you get your bras from. From what i’ve read, La Senza measurements normally come out a bit higher, although i was 36DD there as well, so who knows! What did you come out at? xx
