hi mellissa congrats on the new boobies, you mentioned taking your stockings off, how long are we supposed to keep them on, i had my ba on friday and took them off last night, knowone told me when to take them off!xxx

Yeah she measures the calf and length of the bottom of ur leg so u have the right size on – they are tight to help prevent dvt x

Im ok just finding it hard to get comfy in the night and am waking up a lot with pins and needles and my boobs feel really stiff but apart from that im fine no pain wat so eva which is fab :bigsmile: hope ur back is betta soon hun xx

arr thats good hun, i had the same, i think its prob where your lying in a position that your not used to, and its out bodies way of trying to rebel in a way! lol the pins and needles feeling wont last x x

I feel fine, went out for a bit today – needed to go to dentist and that was fine – still havent had any pain!! :clap: I av started to feel the sloshing sensation some of the girls were talking about though which is really strange :confused: and i think i look a bit silly at times cause i feel like i need to hold onto them if im beding haha xx

Funny you should say that im just over 2 weeks post op and i still hold on to mind when i bend, don’t kow why not as if they are going to fall off, lol x x x

Good on you being out and about already, i didn’t go out for a week, has no energy x x x

I’m doing great thanks hun, it’s so nice that a few of us are at the same healing stage so we can compare notes! I’m the same with the pillows, it’s just finding that perfect position and having everything you need to hand so you’re not dragging yourself out of bed every 2 secs. I’m still taking the painkillers although not really any pain now, tomorrow I may try my first day without them.

Hi Rio im fine thanx hun i just had another sleep!! Im still really tired but im not in any pain at all :bigsmile: Think i need to put a few more pillows underneath me though as i dont think i was upright enough ( boobs feel a bit funny now that i have got up)

Hiya girls,
All done – had my BA friday with Mr Singh in Highgate Hospital. Arrived a bit late due to traffic so we didnt get there until 10am. When i arived i was shown to my room (212) and within 5mins Mr Singh came in to see me – asked me a few questions and took pics of my boobs! He said we will see you very shortly and left. The nurse then came in and went through some more questions and measured my legs for stockings – i was told to get changed straight away as i was nxt to go down. The anesthatist came and asked me some questions too and i was told i wouldnt be long!! I wasnt nervous that much as i had been put to sleep before. Within a few mins there was knock at the door and i was told Mr Singh was ready for me. I walked down to the room and lay on the bed and was chatting to the lady there (she was very friendly) the anesetic was lovely – i looked at the time on clock it was 11:05am. I was having a lovely sleep when i was woken up – i looked at the clock and it was 12:20pm i was shaking quite a lot when i came round but i was told that it was normal and it would soon stop. I was taken back to my room and was brought tea and toast – No pain wat so ever!!! I had a lovely tea – the food is gorgeous!! still avnt had any pain just a little uncomfortable when i try and move about. I would do it all over again tomorrow!!!

Hi Sky i went from 34A – i am now wearing 36D sports bra i had 380cc unders :bigsmile: Im trying my best to take it easy but its hard when your on your own with two kids :confused:
Im taking pain killers every 4hrs even though i am not in pain (just incase lol) Wont be long for you Sky it flies by honestly :bigsmile: xxx

Ahh thanks hun, I can imagine its difficult with 2 kids definately. Thay say you need plenty of rest but I know I will find it hard to keep still. Im always on the go lol!!
I thought the pain was actualy worse with the unders. Just goes to show everyone is different!! Are you happy with the size? Bet they look great cos u were tiny B4 like me xx

Yeah i was expecting to be in pain but im not – its fab :bigsmile: Yeah my boobs were tiny before so im really pleased with them – they are just the right size for me :clap:

Hi hun glad to hear your ok an everything went well . Im on my own with my kids too an i must say its been hard . I had mine done on weds an things are much better today even managed to lift my youngest into the bath today . An been for a short walk to the shop which was lovely as i was gettin stressed locked up with the kids all day .

How old are your kids Daisy lea?? Mine are 6 and a half and 2 and a half so luckily they are quite independent and dont need lifting!! I was pulling my lovely stocking off earlier – they r so tight i could feel the implant moving inside so i think i strained myself too much then :confused: Wont be doing anything like that again!! x

The nurse measured your legs for stockings??? Im confused!! :S
