I'm in pain somethings not right or is this normal?

My nose hasent stopped leaking so I’ve had to keep changing the padding and I felt it stinging and irritating my stitches so I’ve left the padding off for tonight and my nose isn’t really leaking that bad just a few drops so I dabbed them away, my stitches are still stinging and feel really sore and I took a pic of them with my camera flash in the dark and were the stitches are its red and defo irritated, don’t know wether its infected but feels really painfull like what a newly pierced something would feel like throbbing and sore is this normal because the stitches have been wet and irritated for 4 days?

You should contact the nurse honey get this checked out,none of us can say what is normal,as we all heal differently,get it checked out,let us know how you get on,big hugs,xxxx
