hello i have BIG QUASTION FOR ENYONE WHO FEEL THE SAME LIKE ME PLEASE! i had breast augmentation, i had a 32aa , put in 300cc so give me 34b-c, BUT, before operation i was so affraid(to much now i know) and i decided put this one,even my surgery want put in 260cc://

now a know that i should put bigger implants!!!!!!! because after few months skin and everything when comeback to normal, i feel that my breast is to small after operation and a lot of money:( After operation it should be the best size i think!…. i/ was thinking it is possible change my implant for bigger one???? is any insurans for this afer operation or i should pay again for everything if i want????????????????????????????????? The thing is, you was only a aa to start with, so the surgeon has put you in a size that fits.
Any bigger and you would look like you got two big circles sticking out!! I bet they look lovely!! mine arent that big, i had 340cc implants and i measure a 34dd- 32e, that sounds big but they arent that noticible, only if i wear a padded bra etc.
but i am kind of glad i had smaller cos at least they will stay high up and not be weighed down.

I bet yours look so nice, have you tried on some low cuts tops, and dresses etc?? cos smaller imlants look loads better than big giant ones poking out (porn star looking ha ha). I do think, you would have to pay out again for the implants to be bigger, but if i was you i wouldnt!” you need to give ya boobs time to settle.
I had mine 7 weeks ago, and they are softening up, and not massive at all.
Also have a look at all the top beautiful celebs in the world, like megan fox etc, they all have nice smallish implants and not too big.

I have read your post and really understand how you feel. I was a 32a 10 years ago… I wanted to have huge implants at least an ‘F ‘ cup!! However in reality if you have a small bust with little skin or tissue to work with it is impossible to fit a larger implant in. The maximum size I was allowed with my first boob job was a 340cc under the muscle as I had no room for overs….beleive me I really had to ask many times and plead with the surgeon for a 340cc as he wanted to put smaller ones in.
When I woke up yippeee I thought but after the swelling I wanted bigger…however my bust was stretched to capacity and I could see now that it would have been a struggle to fit a bigger implant in and it would have looked too much!!!. Dont despair though…. implants do increase breast tissue over time particularly if you were small busted to start with. I was able to have 700ccs after 10 years as the 340ccs stretched my boobs.
When you book a BA you are advised by the surgeon what size in his medical opinion is the suitable size for you, (taking in to consideration height,weight etc) the fact you want bigger when you wake up does not mean you can have them done again for free etc it does not work like that. If you were able to have bigger then your surgeon would have given you a larger size if he/she beleived this would be the correct/healthy size for you. It would have been impossible to fit a 700cc in my breasts when I was a 32a to start with . A 32aa is a small size and a good surgeon in my opinion is not going to make you an F or G cup for example. I think you were given a good size particularly for a 1st BA.
Be patient …. it is possible to begin your journey with a small bust and then have a re-aug with a bigger implant…just wait a few years. I’m a 32F now 2 BA’s later…10 years ago I was a 32A. Maybe I could have asked for bigger after 4 or 5 years??? but it was only after 10 years I was able to splurge on a new pair of boobs and was told my breast tissue had increased.
Mr Singh at MYA did my 2nd RE-AUG ( stats 5’7, size 6/8 was 8 stone with 340ccs (1st BA)…but after 2nd BA the 700ccs weigh just under 4llbs!! so now 8 stone 4lbs(just under).
