I’M ROUGHLY A A/B cup Getting 340CC

hey! ive got my op in 2 weeks aswell, eeeek scary!
i was advised by the surgeon that i should have either 340cc or 380cc, and i chose 380cc overs. but the surgeon said this will bring me to a full C/ small D. i thought about it after the consultation, and worried that my boobs will not be big enough, cuz id like a full D cup. im a 34 aa/a now. so i spoke to my pc about it and she said she’ll order the 410cc and the surgeon can decide on the day of my op if he can use the 410cc. but my pc said it might not be possible, because he might not be able to fit them in my chest…so i’ll have to wait and see what happens!
but definetly get in contact with ur pc and tell her ur worried about ur size!

the operation is nothing to worry about. theyve got so many checks in place to make sure nothing goes wrong, and remember although its serious they do it every day. they know what theyre doing!

THE MORE I READ ABOUT BREAST AUGMENTATION.. THE MORE WORRIED I GET… SPECIALLY WITH THE SIZES AND HOW MOST WOMAN ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SORT OF INPLANT THEY CHOOSE, Then I HEAR THAT AFFTER THEIR BA THEY DON’T SEEM TO LIKE.. I THINK ITS ALWAYS BEST TO GO FOR THE SECOND BIGGEST RECOMENDED SIZE YOUR SERGEON GIVES YOU……. I’M a bit Frightend with Going through the ANASTETIC AS IVE NEVER HAD AN OPERATION, I WANA KN ONCE UR IN HOPITAL THE DAY OF YOUR SERGERY DO THEY CHECK???? HOW DO THEY KN ITS COMPATIBLE…..?? hi victoria and bec. i am now 11 days post op and everythings really starting to come together (even my boobs haha) there was quite a gap inbetween them when i first had it done but they seem to be looking more and more normal by the day.

one of mine was considerably bigger up until about 2 or 3 days ago now (the onme that was bigger before) and the other one was pointy and higher, its normal for them to be different sizes and shapes but believe me they will improve with time. also victoria the size you are seeing now probably woint be the size you end up with, cause your implants are under the muscle it kinda squashes them down a bit, like compresses them, when they soften and drop you may well see a difference in size so dont worry. its very early days.

im near enough pain free now. just uncomfortable. with under muscle implants everything just seems to hurt more and take longer but hang in there, you will LOVE your new boobies soon! 340cc is quite a big implant on someone whos a size 8 A/B to start with you should end up atleast a c. i was a 32a/30b and had 380cc and i didnt think mine looked any more than a c to start with but ive been wearing a 34d bra and all my swellings gone, i think this will make me a 32dd in normal bras after my inscisions heal.

thanks estefany i just want to get the op over and done with now! 11 days to gooo! eek! i just hope i wont be disappointed with the size! and ye laluu ur right, if i didnt get it done now, id definetly regret it a few years down the line!! im 19 aswell but in my first year of uni, so ive made my friends n stuff, so they will notice maybe that ive had it done! but theyll get over it lol! how did ur consultation go?

Im really sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your size…it is alot to go through and not achieve what you wanted. I have to admit that i am a bit relieved to read your comments that you are still in pain as i am 3 days post op and i keep reading how everyone elses pain is alot less now when i’m still sat in bed helpless! I was starting to worry that something was wrong for me to still be in pain! Im similar sizes to you pre op (execpt im 5’5) and i also had 340cc under the muscle with mr traynor. I am quite happy with the size as i think they will be a c but the shape of my boobs is abit odd…they are hard and high up and kind of pointy, also i feel like there is a massive gap in between them, my bf doesnt think so but i guess when they soften and i wear a bra and i can push them together they will look normal- what do yours look like? Also has anyone noticed that one is a bit bigger than the other? I always had a slight difference in size but im sure that the bigger one is much bigger now, more swelled and more painful than the other?
I’m feeling a bit down about it all today, i cant do anything for myself and my bf is helping alot but he works all day, on top of all that i’m bloated and my hair is a greasy mess so i generally feel crappy! Im hoping that i’ll be able to do more tomorrow 🙁 xxx

Hi There,Im 4 days post op and had the 340cc implants put in under the muscle,I was a A to a small B cup and wanted to be a full C to a D cup,I went with Dr Traynor and he said that i had to get them under the muscle as i didnt have enough tissue to support the implant,He firstly reccomended the 260cc or 300cc,Im a size 8 and about 5ft3,I thought this was way too small and decided to go for the 340cc.Ive been in agony since my op and havent been able to do much for myself,My boobs have healed over a lot in the past few days but im absoloutly devestated with the size,Im not sure what size I am exactly but they dont look much bigger at all,I cant wear a bra for 6 wks as i had them put under,All i can say is go as big as you can because i feel like ive gone through all this expense and pain and Im sooo not happy with the outcome,Everyone is different though and my boobs will probs change within the next few week as they are so stiff right now you cant push them together to see what they will look like in a bra.I wish that I had gone bigger!!! xXx

Laluu hey darling, i’m 19 myself and i’m 20 in october lol… i kn what u mean when u c other woman with bigga breast lol, its actually the same ere i feel so bad within my self cuz thoguth out ma teens ive never every been able to show any cleavige and i cnt wait for the day that i show jst a bit lol………….. Yhs its tru what ur saying bout men lol but deep down i think they must care every guy lovs breast and ass lol…. i actually got ma surgery on the 22nd of july and i’m worried ive seen ma sergeon and the nurse vicky , but see where i’ve neva had any sort of operation i’m worried.. i thought once i had the appoinment with the nurse i would get some sort of test, which that neva happened, i got the ma hight measured and weight weighted, also blood presser and pre photos of how ma brest are kn. i’m gonna giv a call to ma pc and see how dat works as thats my only concern kn… tek care hun and let me kn how ur appoinment goes,, and where u having ur serger and size. xxxx Estefany

i had my BA just 2 days ago with Mr traynor in manchester. I had been a 32a and wanted to achieve a c to a small d cup, i have quite a tiny waist at 23 inch so i didnt want to go too big! I was looking for a more natural look! Mr Traynor gave me 3 sizes to choose from the 300cc 340cc and 380cc, however he explianed and put big ?? next to the 380cc that he may not be able to get them in me. After seeing all three implants and trying them in my bra, i was gald that i couldnt have the 380cc as they seemed too big on my body and really quite heavy, i didnt want to regret going for the smallest option so went with the 340cc which i had under the muscle.I think if you ask for 3 options then you can decide which one you think looks nicest in your bra before your op! I measured my chest befre i went in and it was 30inch and now its obviously swollen still but measures at 34inch ( which shouuld be a definate c i think?!) I didnt tell many ppl before my surgery as i had made my mind up and didnt want to hear that ppl thought i didnt need it. I told my mum and dad and my bf and they all wanted to know the in’s and outs understandably so make sure you find out all your facts before hand!! They were all supportive of me though so i’m lucky. The only person i had problems with is my sister so i told her after my op…that was stressfull and i could have done without it but she has come around a bit now and has to accept my decision. She was worried about what ppl would streotype me as, i just think that the ppl who matter most wont do that to you, otherwise they arent worth it! now im all done i cant wait to throw the chicken fillets out and buy some new clothes! good luck everyone with a ba coming up. (The pain does kick butt, its a no pain no gain situation though!)xxx

Estefany!! awww i was just reading your comment and its so lovely! and sarah, thats exactly what im worried about! ive got my first consulation tomorow and im soo excited! ive been telling myself that i shouldnt get surgery because of what people would think of me…but ive finally realised I should do it for myself. Apparently, 45% of women have boob jobs and well, I’d never know that! lol! im 19, goin to uni in sep and i really didnt want to go there being self-conscious and shy, i want to go and be confident and let my true personality shine through – Ive always been really bubbly but whenever I think of my breast size it makes me feel so insecure, not good enough and sometimes as if other women (who are bigger) look down on me (which I know is probs realllllly stupid) but do you gals feel the same?

Also, with the boyfriend thing – – – men find confidence sexy – whether you have breasts or not! So if this is what makes you feel confident dont worry about what every body else thinks of it! Just imagine if you didnt get it done and ten years down the line you’ll be regretting it! SARAH] MA DARLING…….I personally think if you want to have any sort of surgery do it because you want to, theirs no need to impress anyone apart from your self… and feeling good about the sort of procedure you wana have DONE. You will have negetive people around you at all the tym.. but just try to have people close those who support you. Its hard cuz u always want ur gardian to b their with u and support you through no matter what! .. I’m very concious with ma boobs ma self and specially showing ma boyfrind .. their for i neva do show them but hopefully i will afta BA …. Just make sure you are up for having ur operation and u know why u wana have ur operation and think about u… take everyone eles thoughts to consideration but at the end of the day kn that you wana have it done cuz u personally want to feeel more confidant and beautiful…. xxxxx Estefany

aww my mums exactly the same..”youre perfect the way you are” blaaaah!! but i have her support nevertheless, even if she doesnt want me to have it done! but my boobs have always been an issue for me! i have nothing there! and its always been a problem especially, going on hols and wearing bikinis or with boyfriends! ive never shown any boyfriend my boobs!
im just a bit worried people will think im a totally vain, air head! i know its stupid, but theres a reason im having my boobs done and i just dont want people judging me. i suppose its gna happen anyway! ah well ill get over it!

I never worried what anyone thought!! you have to do what is right for you. ..yes i didnt tell my mum after 1st boob job (luckily was not living at home at the time)..mind you when I surprised her with the new boobs I got nothing but negativity..oh why have you changed yourself??you looked so much better before!! Shes cool now though.

10 years ago I was a 32a and had 340ccs under the muscle this brought me to a 32c…it was only 9 years later when I had my baby that my bust increased to a 32d. After 10 years I now have a 700cc (re-aug)and I am now a 32e/f. Definately go bigger. The 700ccs are bigger in circumference on me but not particularly outwards. (this was the biggest I could have being a size 6 frame I had them again under the muscle as I had no room for overs). I feel with both BA’s that if I’d have had the room to have overs then both impants would have looked slighly larger than having them under.x

youre welcome… under the muscle is supposed to be more natural looking but it really depends on how much breast tissue you have to begin with, some people get overs and they look brill, its up to the surgeon really. unders are more painful but worth it in the end i think!!!
you wil be fine. no reason to be nervous. the whole experience was good for me!

hey. well done on booking your appointment. your end size will depend on whether youre goin under the muscle or over.
i gotmy sports bra from debenhams. but im not wearin one to be honest. mr adamo said its up to me and sometimes its just more comfortable without. my boobis look great, thyre starting to take a good shape and soften up a bit (in places)
ansthetic for me was fine straight to sleep and awake really quickly and no sicknss at all. the pain was a lot but its wearin off now.

I saw Mr Adamo today and i finally made ma final decison as ma operation is on the 22nd july i chooose the ”’380cc”saline inplants .. i’m very scared as i never have had any sort of operation before scared with the anastesia!!!! Where u get ur sport bra from?? how did it feel as anastesia was being out buy anastetic?? how do they look?? hi estafany! i had my BA with mr adamo last wednesday. i was a 32a/b and i had 380cc partially under the muscle. mr adamo was brilliant and they look really natural. originally i wanted to be a C but i chose 380 insted of 300 or 340 last minute. at the moment i have been wearin 34d bras ( up a back size so it doesnt rub on my inscisions) i think i will probably settle to around a 32d ish possibly dd. i think 340 will make you a big c or d. but it really depends on if youre havin them over or under the muscle. hope that helps!

Aw thanks for responding serah! i was adivsed to get the 340cc or the 380cc as i want to b a full c inbetween D. i choose the 340cc my pc said it should take me to a full c …. i’m having second thougths thought… myns on the 22end of july at highgate hospital.. i got to see my surgeon tomorrow talk about my final decison i think ima go to the 380cc and when they swell down it will b a size smaller… . I’m getting a **BA** IN 2 WEEKS TIME. THEY SURGEN TOLD ME I SHOULD GETT A 340CC AS THAT WOULD LOOK NATRUAL AND IT WILL BE BETWEEN A FULL C. I’M VERY WORRIED KN PEOPLE WHAT DO?? I DO GO FOR A SIZE UP TO 380CC?? I have opted for 340cc moderate profile

I felt rushed at my consultation and initially went for 300cc. I didn’t even get to ask how much would be the max that my surgeon would put in.

I’m 5”2 8st11 wearing a 32B bra

What size would I expect to be? Does moderate and high profile affect the sizing significantly?

I am having a combo of over and under muscle
