Impatient!!

I went out with my friend last night who had a ba done in december and i had such boob envy!!!! haha. I sooooo want mine doing now now now but dont wanna book til ive got all my money sorted which is gonna take another few months, just dont know if i can wait that long!! I might make myself some rice boobs today as a compromise hehe. Sorry for the random post but I think my bloke and friends are gettin a bit bored of hearing me go on about boobs all the time and I know you lovely ladies are all or have been in the same boat as me! x x

Lol I know exactly how you feel honey! I am in the exact same position as yourself… I have had 3 consultations so far, seen three different surgeons, but I won’t have my deposit until the end of May and would really like to book mine for the beginning of June.

I am so impatient that I’m not actually saving up the whole amount, I am putting down a large deposit then taking the rest out on MYA loan, then paying it back monthly after the operation.

All of my friends have big boobs, seriously like nothing smaller than a DD!!! And I get boob envy all the time! So you’re not alone

All the girlies are so kind and they have ALL been in the same situation, or like me, are currently in the same situation! Lol

Thanks chica. I’ve had a meeting with my PC and a consultation with Mr Traynor, I know he is the one I wanna go for so don’t need any more consultations with different surgeons but defo gonna have another one with him cos the first time was such a whirl wind I’ve forgotten most of it and didnt ask half the questions I wanted to! I’ve banned myself from going back til I’m ready to book though cos otherwise its just like torure! haha.

I’m the same as you, just trying to save up as much as possible and then maybe just put a little bit on loan. I’d rather save up and not have the debt so just puttin every spare penny I have away, literally…I have a coppers jar which is now turning into a silver and maybe pound jar too!

Do you know which surgeon you want now hun? And which hospital? I was going to go for Manchester but I see on here Mr Traynor works out of Preston now too which is only half an hour from me x x

I think I might go with Mr Chantarasak, but I have another consultation on the 11th April with Mr Singh, I have heard so many good things about both of these surgeons, and I just would like to meet them both before I make my decision you know?

Umm I take my consultations at the Bristol clinic, which took over 2 hours to get to yesterday! Lol… and I think the hospital I would be going to is Highgate, which is in North London.

I have been saving hard for a few months now, but my poor cat had to have an emergency c-section the other week, and I had to fork out £430!! Which is half of my deposit already! I was so upset, but it was either that or she died and I couldn’t bear to make that decision.

I should really get a savings jar too, but I know I’d end up dipping into it to pay for car parking or something stupid! Lol.

So what sizes were you offered? What are your stats, and what would you like to measure after the op?

Yeah I’ve heard good things about them too, and Mr Traynor. To be honest I don’t think ive heard a bad word about any of their surgeons, all are good in their own fields which is why I think its good your PC matches you to one who thinks will suit what you want. Defo go and see both if you want to, its a big decision and you want to make sure you have everything exactly how you want it so you will be pleased with the results.

Wow thats a bit of a trek! You would think they would have a consultation place closer to London if thats where the hospital is. All worth it in the end though I’m sure.

Aww poor you and your kitty! There is always something isn’t there. My thing at the moment is housey things, flippin oven broke the other day so that was £200 gone Its a set back but not a permanent one and just think in a few months you will have your boobies and your cat is happy and healthy, best of both worlds.

I do occasionally dip into it so ive decided to get one of those ones that you have to smash to get into, that way theres no temptations.

I have asymmetrical boobs, one is a big 34b and the other a small b if not an a cup. I want to go to a 34dd so I was offered three different sizes. I went for the middle ones which I think were 410cc and 370cc maybe?? But everyone says they look smaller when they are inside you than when you try them on so might go for a bigger size than that. Gonna take a few of my clothes next time and see how they look then. I dont want to be massive but I also dont want to be dissapointed and think they are too small, oh the decisions! haha. Im also 26 years old, 5’6 and a size 12. Sorry for waffling haha. How about you? x x

Yeah, my kitty set back isn’t too bad I suppose, she has three gorgeous kittens, and they are all already spoken for, and we are selling them instead of giving them away, so I should make a little money back hopefully!

I am 5’6” a size 6/8 top & bottom, around 8 stone and currently a small 32B… I would love to measure at least a 32DD because although I have a small frame, it does have curves! I measure 23” around my waist and 32” around my hips, plus I have a butt! Lol it’s not just a flat area! Haha.

I am so excited about seeing Mr Singh, because I have heard he’s a really bubbly character, which I like in people! And I think it’s really important to have a good relationship and have good feelings towards your surgeon. Otherwise you will second guess it all the way I suppose! I love MYA, they have been nothing but lovely to me, and I only had my first consultation yesterday! So I definitely think I will be choosing them over Transform. Plus I had a horrible ”step-in” pc at Transform so I was really put off by them! Have you been to any other consultations with other companies?

Aww see all worth it and at least you will make some money back. You should get yourself one of those money pots and just stick what you can in when you can, it really soon adds up!

Yeah you defo have to like your surgeon and have a good vibe, think thats really important too cos its all about the trust. Would hate to feel nervous about my choice of surgeon, the whole process is nerve wracking enough! I think by all accounts Mr Traynor(who im having) isn’t the most talkative of characters but he was very nice when i saw him and is brilliant at what he does, not seen one bad review about him which is good enough for me!

I have only been to MYA myself. My friend had a BA with them in December and she raved about them. She had consultations with a couple of other companies and rated MYA the highest so I have gone straight to them and cant complain, they have been fab with me too. Plus with MYA I get my recommend a friend discount and their aftercare package is far better than any other I’ve found. I think a few people on here have had consultations with Transform and there have been a few good reviews but overall I think MYA has faired better in the votes.
