Implant registration

I was wondering if you have to register your implants for the warranty? I have mentor implants, but I’ve had some issues with one of them. I contacted mentor and they have no records of my name, implants, date of birth, surgery or surgeon. If your implants are not registered, does that mean you don’t have the warranty?

They should have done the warranty for you when you had your op did you get a card they have you on the surgery day they should have registered it all for you then xx

I didn’t go with Mya and I got a card with the name of the implants on it has a number on it the size implants I had and the surgeons name
They registered it for me when I had my op done and Gave it to me when I was going home xx
