implant replacement

Hello, has anyone had there implants replaced with mya, I had mine through my armpits about 25 years ago with someone in Harley street and the right side of the right breast has gone into a pocket, a consultation at a different place said I had to have a uplift with new implants and another one said I could just have new implants and the pocket sewn so it would not go back in.
