Implant size ? 250,275 or 300cc

Hi girls I am very new to this and need some help, I am
Booked in to have surgery with dr traynor on Wednesday the 7th June. I am a 34a with tiny breast tissue, I hav e been recommended 250,275 or 300cc but I really can’t decide on size. I will bed to have different sizes on each one due to having one bigger breast,

I got offered these sizes, and straight away tried on the 300cc and knew it was around the size I wanted to be. Have you tried them all on? X

I’m a 30c and I’m having 300cc unders with uplift. 300s should look perfect on your size x

Hey honey. I had 250/275cc implants with an uplift 4 days ago. I haven’t had my strapping off yet, but so far I’m so happy with the size. A lot of girls worry about smaller implants that they won’t be big enough or you won’t get the boobs you desire from a smaller implant. This is complete nonsense. Your surgeon knows what will look right in your body as which implants will give you the best result. My surgeon tried 275/300cc and 250/275cc and decided which ones looked best on me whilst I was in surgery. I trusted him and told him to do what he thought. You will love them regardless so I wouldn’t stress yourself out too much babes, there is such tiny difference in all the sizes. Good luck! Xx

I was a 32a with flat pancakes and very little breast tissue. It was recommended I go 300/325cc under the muscle but biggest I could go over the muscle (which was my preference) was 250cc so I went with this option.
I had my surgery yesterday and feel pretty good indeed! Happy with my results so far- I should be a full B/Small C afterwards the doc thinks, which I’m happy with as wanted quite a natural look for my size 🙂

Also- not sure of your placement but I believe under the muscle can look around a size smaller, around 25cc – don’t quote me on this but I vaguely remember asking about it and almost certain this can be the case 🙂 x

Funnily enough I’m having a similar dilemma. I am currently a 32aa
I am booked in with Dr Traynor 2nd August. Aim 5f4in and a size 8/10. I have also been offered 250cc 275cc and 300cc. I want to be a C afterwards as I live and breathe netball and I’m a primary school teacher so I don’t want massive boobs. Anyway, originally I was confident I was going to go for the 300cc HP unders. However, I’ve read quite a few posts on here of girls with similar stats to me saying they are now D/ DD. I’m thinking 275cc might be big enough but I literally can’t decide.
It’s so hard to decide.
I’d be really interested to hear any other people’s thoughts.

Hey girls! I’m in exactly the same position! I saw Dr Traynor a couple of months ago and he suggested 250, 275 or 300cc. I’m 5ft 4, 7.5 stone and an AA! I originally went with 300cc as I was scared that the others would be too small and a waste of a procedure. Plus I liked them the best when I tried them on. I’m now reading lots of comments saying don’t go too big and I’m wondering if I should go for 275cc! But I’m thinking surely 300cc can’t be too big if you don’t have much breast tissue to start with?! Glad I’m not on my own on this one! xx

You must be so small. Im 8.7lb and i was told i am super tiny. Which tbh is what i get all the time. Surely the smaller you are; the smaller implant you need to look in proportion. At the end of thr day it all depends on what look you are going for afterwards. When is your Op Harriet?

Im having 275cc overs and ive seen girls with 275 and they look such a nice size xx

Hey @ KellyI am petite build 5″2 and 8.5 stone and I had 295 cc unders 3 weeks ago and they made a massive difference on me. I absolutely love the size, my swelling went down really quickly and my boobs are now starting to look like my own 🙂 I was a 32A to start and am now measuring at a 32D but they look really in proportion with my size and shape. Even though the sizes sound small on a tiny frame they end up quite big xxx

I I tried them all on and I am such an indicisive person, I just don’t want to look to big but equally i would be so disappointed if they are too small, I am so flat now I don’t even fill an A bra, my surgery is on wed and I still can’t believe I haven’t decided. Where did you all get your bras from? I went shopping today and came home with nothing as I was so overwhelmed with all the types and sizes ???? X

I had my surgery yesterday. I was very similar to yourself, just about filled B cup. I had 250cc over muscle and had very little breast tissue to start with.

Have uploaded pictures in my post surgery bra prior to surgery and some post surgery so you can see the difference!

I know that they are swollen but I feel that had i gone any bigger I would not be happy. Definitely trust surgeons advise and if you are unsure I would opt for middle option. There’s hardly anything in 25cc so if they’re too big or too small you can always remind yourself the next option up/down would not have made too much difference.

Also, regarding the bras please call and ask to speak to your surgeon I bought the above post surgery bra from marks for £25 and woke up in this after surgery. I was assured by reviews and the staff at M&S that this is suitable for BA.

However, my surgeon Ms Luts came in my room after op and told me off because the bra was not suitable and was putting too much pressure. She made me buy two granny bras from MYA which cost £60! Really wish I had double checked as every surgeon recommends different things! Call your PC!

I would advise when looking at pictures on here to help you gage size you do not look at newly post op girls, they are still swollen, i made this mistake i was terrified i would end up too big but it was because the photos i was looking at were all within the first 1-4 weeks when girls tend to post daily at first then weekly, you will find hundreds of posts on here from girls who feel there implants are not as big as they would have liked once they are a few months post op but ive yet to read a single post from a girl who feel’s they went too big, i had 375cc HP unders, i started with an empty B so i was worried that would take me to an E or F, i nearly went with a 350 at the time as i felt the results i was seeing from girls with my stats and 375 was huge and it was, but they were all right at the beggining of the healing process, try to take advice/look for pics that are at least 8 weeks post op if possible, this is my pre-op, 1hr and 1 day post op, im also going to add my photo from about week 3 this was when i was at my biggest this was what i did not want to look like xxx

The reality is at 10 weeks post op this is my size, had i been looking at pics 10 weeks post op then i would not have been in so much turmoil over size and would have immidiately chosen the 375, also remember unders give less projection so might look quite big when your naked but once your clothed they are more discreet than overs, i would have preffered overs with a smaller implant but due to my own factors unders were a better surgical option, good luck to all of you on choosing your implant sizes it really is a tough decision to make when you can’t fully gage what your own outcome will be against what you are seeing on here, take surgeon advice they know what they are doing but be sure you have fully conveyed to them the look you are hoping to acheive xxx

I had 250cc about a week and a half ago. I decided not to go too big because the initial reason I wanted it done was just so I had something there but also I didn’t want people to know I’d had it done. I do kind of wish I went a bit bigger though as I think I’m about the same size as I was with my padded bra on (which was what I originally wanted I guess) but that still means I technically still have small boobs after having gone through all of the procedure and pain! It does really depend on your frame though as I’m quite small (size 6/8 on top) but my ribcage is quite wide (I think) and so are my hips so proportionally they look a bit smaller on me because of that. I did the rice sizer test at home with 250cc and they seemed bigger than what I have now but perhaps they will drop and fluff a bit and get bigger over time?! Before the op, I think I was a 32/34a. I’m 170cm tall (not sure what that is in ft) and about 52kg so I hope that helps some of you decide.

Hi girls hope you are all well, so I had my op yesterday and I am in sooooo much pain today, I feel so swollen and can hardly move! Last minute I decided to go with the 300 (righ breast) 275 (left breast) as when speaking dr tray or said there was only 1/5 of a cup size in different but for any one who has had him you know he is a man of very few words and didn’t really give me much input! I am just praying that these don’t look to big now as I don’t want massive boobs I just want some and I am frightened now have a made the right choice! In terms of bras I bought the m&s high impact sports bra In a 34dd, xx I will post some pics of my pre boobs before x

Hi girls! Iv just had my surgeon appointment today with Gary Traynor, I’m currently a 34b/34c depending where I go for bras ???? he’s suggested 300cc over and an areola reduction. Did yous feel he helped yous make the right decision about sizes etc ? Xxx
