Implant size

I had a second consultation with Mr Singh this week and asked about a smaller implant as he offered me 460cc overs on my first consultation. So he tried 380cc on me, is there not a 410cc im sure i have read some ladies on here saying they had 410?? Im so confused I don’t know what size implant to have and my op is 3 and half weeks away! I really want them to look natural

I had 410 overs with Dr Singh, maybe he thinks 380 would be the most natural for you, what size are you now? x

oh i don’t know why he only offered me 380 or 460 nothing in between. Im a 34b now was a 34d before losing 3st in weight. I asked to be a DD and look nautral on my first consultation and he said 460cc overs, then on my second i said would like to try slighlty smaller and he said the next size down is 380, im very confused now don’t know what to do? do either of you have any pics please? x
