had unders hun and round. Im measuring a 28f in Bravisimo which is ridiculous lol, its just cos my bk is so small, and a 30d/dd everywhere else, but think Im about a c cup its just cos my bk is so small xx

my surgeon recommended anotmic to make them more natural looking but im worried about them rotating, but im goig to book 2nd consultation and discuss this etc, i have looked at so many pic on net and they look really fake but urs look so natural, so defo going to have it done, im so excited

there like a teardrop shap so give more fullness towards bottom or implant but if they move ovbiously breast will be funny shape where as does not matter if round ones move x

yes, they usually do. Mine recommended 260cc unders, he said to me that he could do 300s but it all depended on the look I wanted, he said if I wanted to look natural to go with 260s and if i wanted a more round look, go for 300s, but he warned me that because of how narrow my chest was, 300s would be a tight squeeze and therefore look fake! Im so glad I listened to him because they look SO natural, I just have a cleavage now as opposed to a bra full of fillet lol. what are your stats hun? xx

i was a 32a, had 340 cc unders, im a 32c/32d x

hi had anotmic teardrop unders,no way do they go a funny shape well mine dont,they are perfect for my frame,i had high profile dont know if this makes a difference,i had 260 wanted to be a large b small c but im a d cup and over the moon,myself like jessolly987 went along with what the surgeon suggested and am sooooo happy i did,forgot to say mine still look rounded at the top but seem a lot more fuller than my sister in laws,she had the same size as me as we both have the same sats,but mine measure bigger and her are not as full but they are fab and shes over the moon to and so happy,everyone is different hope this helps and good luck xxxx

Hi girls I had 300cc partial unders last Wednesday, was a 32aa (if that) before and am now wearing a 32D sports bra – although I think I look a C cup in clothes. Like Jess, I’m basically the size I was when I wore a gel bra and chicken fillets which is exactly what I wanted. All my clothes still fit me and it’s so nice not having to worry about anything falling out of my bra now! My surgeon was Mr Adamo and he was fab, he said I could have gone up to 340cc but that it would have been a tight fit and looked more fake. He said I might have the ‘Victoria Beckham look’ with the 340’s which is def not what I wanted and I’m glad I took his advice. hi im just 5 months,ive read the posts and everyone says your are fab and i bet they are,when i was on hoilday a woman asked me if id had a boob job,she said she only noticed in a photo shed taken of us all,she said she was really impressed because they looked like they were mend to be there,not implants and she was shocked when she seen the photo,mind you a few days later she told me you could tell in certain bikinis,but i was happy when she said mend to be there because i wanted natural,have many weeks post op are you,forgot to say i dont think they get bigger i think the shape just changes and they settle into you,and everyone says yours are fab xxxxx

im 5 wks post op at mo not sure how much more they will change? xx

Hi Milly, i think its just that when you are dressed they don’t look as big. I am in a 34e bra, and my boobs look big when i am undressed, but once dressed i think i probably only look a c/d cup and not an e. Suits me fine as i haven’t had to tell anybody that i’ve had a ba xx

Yep that is soooo true!! i measure a 32e but i look like i am a 34d-dd!! and if i wore a sports bra, i bet id only look a c-d cup!
they are so different to natural boobs, any boobs under an f cup don’y really sit like natural breasts, they are quite wide apart!! for example today i have a padded white bra on, 34dd, and my cleavage does not meet at all!! i have a massive gap in between!! i have even tried on 32e wonder bra and my boobs dont even budge!! they only budge upwards but not 2getha!!
I think massive implants from 460cc to above are better as give you massive cleavage!! but its quite hard to be offered such big implants first tiime. Most women you see with big implants, have to have small put in first then have them replaced with bigger years later!!
i agree with jacqui, fake boobs def look big in the skin rather than in clothes!! i was a bit gutted at first, as i wanted massive big boobies, but they look small and natural! if you measured a d cup with fake boobs, then id say in clothes you wud look a large c cup in clothes! XX

i was smaller then you, i was a 32a, now a 32C in sports bra. So you’ll prob end up slightly bigger then that as you have slightly more then me to start with. They look so natural!! I used to wear really really padded bras with fillets, now I just look that shap but its me rather the bra so there’s still something there when it comes off do you have sofem or email? xx

I wandered if any of you post op girls could help me. Is it true that implant sizes do not look as big as the “real thing”. ie: if i measure a D cup with fake boobs will these look smaller than real D cups, if that makes sense?

Hi jessolly987 I am just new at this and go back for my consultation with the surgeon Mr Kazzazi (think spelt right) in 2 weeks. I am really worried about choosing the right size am currently 32a and want to keep really natural but also want big enough !. Could you send me some pics as I have heard that you are meant to go a size bigger than you want??

yeah course hun. I heard the same, about going a size bigger, which left me deciding for weeks, but in the end i didnt, i went with the size my surgeon recommended and Im really glad I did cos they are perfect for my frame. Your surgeon will recommend a size to you and offer you alternatives too, but I would go with what he recommends cos he will know what will look good on you Il email you now xxx
