implants through the nipple??

would just like to know if when you have implants through your nipple do they take your whole nipple of or just cut it half way??

i think its just the bottom half a friend had this done but im not so sure sorry. and no id not have it this way ither x

They just cut through the lower part and pop the implant through there! Its a really good way of reducing scaring as the scar blends into the different coloured skin! I only know because the surgeon I was going to go with does it that way! x

its ment to reduce risk of infection aswell my surgeon said xx
