Implants too low?

I am 5″4 and a size 8. Went from a 30A to a 30D two years ago but I look ridiculous! My implants look way too low down, with my nipples stupidly high. I can’t wear most bras/tops now without feeling worried they will show. Anyone else has this problem?

Cant you go back to the surgeon as that shouldnt happen!

hiya smiler, i have a similar problem, i had a ba with uplift several years ago and even though they placed my nipples at the 21cms they should be because of my height (im over 6ft) i think they should of been lower down, i cant wear any bra without them showing and have to be careful what tops i wear as they show over the neckline, im currently looking for somewhere to have corrective surgery, even though i love the shape and size of my boobs and would have it done again tomorrow i feel concious of it.

I had 410 partial unders in dec and my nipples are very high and find it hard to keep them in my bra!!they’re a fab shape and nice and high but think due to the fact they put the implants low down in the breast its may just be one of those things?!xxx

My friend has this problem! she can’t wear balconette bra’s as her nipples are too high! so they show, i think they put an implant far too low down and too big for her frame!! X
