Implants with/ without uplift???

Hi
I was wondering if anybody could help please!!
Had consultation today with surgeon at MYA Liverpool today to be told I am grade 1 sagging and would possibility need an uplift?! Really don’t know what to do and has anybody been in the same situation please.. Would you reckon uplift/ mini uplift or just implants. Thanks girls xxx

Same here. I was borderline uplift.
I haven’t gone with MYA but I’m a D now but lacking profile. I was offered 450-485cc HP. I may push him to 500 and see what they say but i totally refused an uplift x
