Any problems please message the mod or email your PC and they will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

I have woken up with lots of pain in my right boob i have taken pain relief but its getting worsemy arm is tingling down one side and when i move my arm inside some to feel like its pulling and stretching i was told i was ok to shower last night so i did and washed my hair dont know if i have pulled something maybe?? i woke up with my arms behind my head im not to sure how that happened x x
