In agony today!

Had my op on the 27th & today I literally can not move! Pain killers aren’t easing the pain either hardly had any sleep to feeling a little sensitive today

Aw babe, you poor thing. Days 3-5 were by far the worse for me. Just try and get plenty of rest hun and take your painkillers as often as you can. It will get better xx

what painkillers are you on – you might have to go to docs and get stronger prescription – i took the pain killers they gave me and ibruprofen as well, but spaced them so that i took the painkillers and then the ibruprofen two hours later, so that i was always dosed up. xxx

Yes up until day 5 was horrible hun..just keep on top of your meds and gently move around..dont tense up!xx

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water hun,keep the body hydrated,get well soon hun,big hugs,xx

Poor Vixs Just try go on a little walk for about 5 mins, take 2 pain killers every 4 hours to try ease off the pain. xxxx
