in pain :(

Well I’ve finally had my BA yesterday afternoon! (Yaay!) I’m laid in bed now and only had an hours sleep. I think the pain killers have worn off now I can’t even attempt to sit up it hurts too much. Last painkillers I had were about 3 hours ago? Should I call for a nurse? I really can’t get back to sleep xX

Call the nurses. It’s what they are there for. There will be something they can give you. Congrats on the (.)(.)’s!!xx

No I’m in doncaster, I had to call the nurse during the night to help me out of bed so I could go to the loo haha x

Have u tried alternatin ur meds co-cod then two hours later para’s then two hours later ur co-cod n so on this shud keep u topped up huni xx

Co codamol is paracetamol, you need to alternate with ibuprofen. I am taking ibuprofen, paracetamol on its own and codeine on its on to keep me topped up all day. Emma I had the nurse in constantly Friday night at Doncaster and after they helped me loo I needed an anti sickness pill. Don’t know why but i just came over all sick feeling? I’m 4 days po now and you mprove quickly I’ve found. I’m still very delicate and at times it’s quite uncomfortable but always manageable and yesterday I got loads of movement back xx

Sorry just a quick comment don’t alternate between co-codamol and paracetamol they are both a paracetamol drug and ul overdose….. If u take paracetamol then be sure to wait 4-6 hours too take co-codamol but like sizzynat said alternate with ibuprofen and youl be fine xx

Oh god just realised what ive suggested there!! N im a qualified dispenser thats terrible.sorry please dont listen to that!! Im thinking of what i’ll.be doin coz.wnt be takin co-codamol as makes me very sick diclofenac is a good alternative xx
