arriving @ Highgate 7am…(worrier of a mum wanted to be early)they let me in room 315 at 7.15..nurse come in 8.30 and said surgeon would be here soon..he came in at 8.30 drew on me ,then said i should be going down in an hour or so! not feelin nervous at all just wnted it over and done with…Knock on the door for the 20th time and it was time to go down*mum starts crying* at about 10.30,the walk seemed sooo long once i was in the theatre remembering everyone telling me not to look around so kept my eyes on the ceiling as soon as i climbed onto the bed! The needle hurt for litrally 2 seconds!
I woke up at 11.45 saying ‘ that was easy!!! can i look’ hahaha!
Got back..everything is fine..heart rate was 109 had plenty of food and tv..didnt get to go straight away bcos of my pulse so i had to stay in longer ,left at 8..
no pain atall ,just feels heavy when i stand up and tight!
i feel happy atm and cant wait for them to settle!
thanks to all the girls who helped me out! doesnt seem real writing this!!
