I would suggest maybe lose all the weight you need to lose and then decide,once you have lost your weight you will get a rough idea of your new size and you may not even need lipo on your thighs if you have a good diet and exercise regime.Plenty of water, cut out caffine and yoga/pilates will help your thighs. I am a size 8-10 and had to go on steroid treatment a few years ago, due to this i gained about two stone and ended up with celluite on my thighs and bum, i have lost all my weight and my legs look great and toned.
Maybe start saving now and decide once you have reached you ideal weight. I reckon once you have lost your weight you may not need lipo, go for the tummy
