Incision bandages adhesive??

I have a type of adhesive keeping my bandage over my incisions and it also has become one with my skin (it’s obviously meant to make it stay.)
But last night I lifted my arms up, the adhesive ripped a little and I felt like I my skin had literally torn apart.
I was expected to look down and see my implant poking out of my skin.
Has anyone else had this problem??
