incision pain 3 weeks PO

I’m three weeks PO tomorrow and the past couple of weeks I’ve had no pain at all! (Just the few twings here and there) But since saturday my left boob has been in pain under my incisions, feels almost like my rib area. Don’t know if I overdid it at work with my first nine hour shift since having the op, if my sports bra may be digging in or if this is due to something else? Really worried it could be an infection. Has anyone else experienced this or anything similar?!
