I’m only 2 days post op so probably just being paranoid but I’m having so much pain where I’m assuming my incisions are, it’s like every time I get up I can feel them opening, has anybody else had this? Not sure if I’m just moving around to much, but I wasn’t told anything about what I should be doing post op, should I just be lying around for the first week?xx

Just take it really easy. Don’t be lifting and try relax. If the pain is really bad u can always call the nurse and see what they say. But u should be fine. Make sure u take your tabs to.

Am one day post-op and I have the same feeling. I feel like I’ve done something wrong/popped a stich or something while trying to get up. How is your pain Sophie? Keep us posted on how your healing goes. Hope you don’t mind the add. xxx

Sorry hun I rejected on accident lol added you though. And that’s exactly how I feel, think I might have been moving around too much or something! Can’t wait to get this strapping off the check what’s going on underneath. Other than the incisions in having minimul pain, what about you hun?xx

I was like this babe had stinging in where I thought my incisions were especially on left hand side when I got up or moved. Keep on top of your tablets. I was sure that when I came to get my strapping off my incision wasn’t going to be healed or a whole in it etc. Got strapping off yesterday and everythings healing well. She said left side was a little red but nothing to worry about. That pain subsided on day 5-6 xxx

I found that my sports bra wasn’t supporting enough so as soon a s I got a smaller and better bra Inscisions pain stopped. You do get funny weird sensations when your nerves are rejoining as well x

Good strong sports bra is all you need it so important as this is meant to hold your implants up and off your inscisions and helps them to drop down and ruffly at the same time and take the weight of implants to let your incisions heal better by wearing a sports bra this predicts the final out come of your results xx
