Incisions, hole?!?!

I’m two weeks post op tomorrow. Apart from one boob being higher and more swollen than the other (making my nipples face different directions) I think this is normal? My incisions are very bruised one has what looks like either dry blood or a hole in it. Is this normal? Do I need a check over?
