infections ?

on my left boob at end of the scar ive got a round patch with yellow gung in it is this sighn of infection if so what oes the nurse do x

what was the answer? as i have something similar, mine is only small, yellow slightly gunky, no smell, not sore?? im going t call the nurse in morning but i thought i would ask this too xx
