hi, Birminham is my local clinic and they are really nice from when you walk in. All the pcs and receptionist have had them done and they are very honest about what it all entails. When you go in they will give you a medical form for your history. then you will go through to your pc. it takes about half an hour for the chat she will go through through med form, show you some pics from a book of before and after pics. Because they have been through it they will tell you anything you want to know including all possible risks. i had a lady called jodie. she put no pressure on me, which was nice as she says big decision you have to do it for you and you have to be sure. it was up to me when i wanted to book an appointment with surgoen, i could have done it there or called back after looking around or thinking about it. She also let me play with the implants, you will be surpised how soft they feel. They will recommend a surgoen for you but you can ask for one you want but like she said to me they all do the same thing and they are all very good. It may depend on where you want surgery as some surgoens only work from some hospitals and the look, i was told mr. singh specialises in bigger boobs. i had ,mr traynor who i can’t recommend enough, i am so pleased (i had my ba last wed, he did kim marsh’s boobs, barmaid in corrie). Anyway i’m babbling.
When you see surgeon they will discuss the look you want, go through the pros and cons. tell you what you can and can’t expect from surgery e.g. won’t change which way nipples point and where you will be fuller etc. you will have to take your top off and he will measure distance between top of breast and nipple (i think this determins size offered). then he will tell you what size implants you could have to achieve the look. then i went back in with my pc and she gave me some implants in those sizes to put in your bra to try. (not the most natural look but it gives you an idea and you may want to choose a top wisely). Then you talk about whether you want to proceed she will tell you dates availiable etc. when you are ready to book its a £500 deposit and rest 21 days before. Like i say you don’t have to decide then and there. If you have questions write them down i was so excited i forgot everything and left not knowing if i was having unders or overs. With the recomend a friend you get £150 off your sugery and that person gets one hundred pounds. not sure how it works its a new thing, but think you have to give the name of some one who has had surgery through them. you can choose a friend or someone who has been helpful on here if you so choose (thats not a hint by the way, there are some great people on here who will try very hard to help. I do it because i found it so useful, its returning the favour). x
