Initial questions- (Teardrop, Surgons and Consultations)

Hi, I’m looking into getting a great enlargment and find this forum very useful for my research.

I’m currently a C cup and am 4’8inches (yes I’m very small). I’m looking to go up to a DD cup size but wondering if it’s possible as I already have boobs and am wanting to go with a teardrop shape to lose the “fake boob” look. Is anyone comfortable showing their new teardrop breasts to see if they look too droppy?

On another note, I’m not living in the UK so I would need to travel to go to a consultation, would I be meeting a surgeon on my 1st consultation?
