The INSPIRA is more expensive i think, i think the implant itself is lifetime guarenteed where as the CUI is just 10 years i think… bare in mind that its the surgeons time, and the anthesetic that is costly! Well thats what i was told when I had my consulation x

Some of the risks are reduced – cc and rupturing, but ask your surgeon about them. Mine told me not to waste my money x

Well they have a lifetime guarantee for rupture but people usually replace implants due to ageing, sagging, pregnancy, weight loss etc so you may still want them replaced. I think you’re surgeon will explain the difference better x

i have jst booked my surgery and taken the inspira implants, im getting 380s over and i was told althought not sold if you know wot i mean that they werw a better implant and don’t ripple like you see on some women after they have them done for a while. they keeo there shape unlike the normal impalnt when you lie down that flatens and can cause some rippling effect in some women not all. hope this helps x

I wanted them for rippling and my surgeon said they don’t prevent it. If you look at the inspira leaflet or catalogue it says rippling may occur x
