Inspira Extra Full Projection (TSX)

I was have been offered 415 full projectio or 420 Extra full projection from a 32b….Help! Has anyone had extra full projection?

Hi Sharon, 3 weeks post op todsay and they feel great….very very natural and soft. I had 420cc responsives. I’m gonna add my pics back in next couple of days so feel free have a look xxx
