    Just wanted to know the difference between these and the cui

    Hi Chazz, basically the shell is stronger and there is less chance of rupture and capsular contraction with these. they are also meant to feel softer although some surgeons say the soft touch are’nt actually softer than the cui ones. Also, they come with a lifetime guarantee and if anything does happen to them not only do you get a free set of replacement implants they pay like £700 (if i remember correctly) towards the surgeons fee. the aspira responsives cost about £300 extra and the soft touch, an extra £500..the responsives are best for achieving a more natural look as the gel in them is alot softer.. that’s what i’m getting :) i think they are worth the extra few hundred personally, hope this helps! x

    omg inspira are sooo much better..my first BA I had CUI and 2nd had inspira and I can really notice the difference they feel much better alot softer and hang so nicely they are deffinatly worth the £400 more!

    I had inspira, very natural looking! When I felt the implants at consulation you can definitely notice the difference! Worth the extra I say :) xx

    I have Allergan Responsives which are actually softer then the Inspira (soft touch)
