Hi Chazz, basically the shell is stronger and there is less chance of rupture and capsular contraction with these. they are also meant to feel softer although some surgeons say the soft touch are’nt actually softer than the cui ones. Also, they come with a lifetime guarantee and if anything does happen to them not only do you get a free set of replacement implants they pay like £700 (if i remember correctly) towards the surgeons fee. the aspira responsives cost about £300 extra and the soft touch, an extra £500..the responsives are best for achieving a more natural look as the gel in them is alot softer.. that’s what i’m getting
