Hi girls,I’m having my op with Mr Traynor on 21st,he has given me choices up to 380cc so I’m going for that.Have paid up for CUIs but now wondering whether to pay the extra for Inspiras? I’d thought he’d tell me to have unders but he’s recommended overs so now I’m thinking the inspira would be better?? He said if I chose them to go for soft touch rather than responsives but is there a big difference? I’m tying myself up in knots!! xx

Hi girls I’m having inspiras soft touch overs 420s. I’d recommend to have them as my surgeon made it clear that they were the best option and there’s a lifetime guarantee as opposed to the cuis having a ten year guarantee. I’m guessing soft touch is just softer?! Havent a clue lol but my pc said shed ordered soft touch (they’re more expensive than responsive) xx

Is there much real differernce between the responsives and the soft touch? Anyone felt the difference or can comment on either of these?

Soft touch are just slightly firmer than responsives. I’m having them to reduce rippling.x

Yeh apparently soft touch filled with more gel than responsives so less risk of rippling? And The Hospital Group claim that allergan say inspiras/natrelle range also give less risk of capsular contracture cos the surface is different to CUIs…is this true? xx

Well I know the surface was more like velvet to the touch than the CUI ones. But not sure about if they are less Lilly to cause CC. One to ask at preop appointment!
