is 505cc a big implant??

Mr kazzazi chose it for me and wrote it down straight away before I even suggested anything.its just even thought I’m not the slimmest of backs (36) so having low profile,I’m quite petite at only 5’3 ish.and don’t want to look ridiculous xx I’m currently a 36c
