Is a sports bra supposed to be tight or just comfortable?? Started by: rosie26

    Ive bought a shock absorber sports bra its so comfy but not sure if its meant to be tight as my surgeon mr kazazzi told me not to have it to tight around the back but have the shoulder straps tight any info? X

    I’m not sure, my macom is so tight across the top and sides it hurt so I took it off x

    I wish mine was like that, the only bit loose is the straps, I thought it might help but it made no difference. I had mine 4 days ago, when did you have yours? x

    My MaCom was tight at first but think it was just the swelling. If anything it doesn’t feel tight enough now!

    Hi belle i had mine on 22 july in doncaster with mr kazazzi mine are starting to soften and they feel less heavy and swollen xx

    I was told to have the size above the chosen size but in the hospital the nurses put the d cup on me. It hurt and was uncomfortable but my Pc encouraged me t continue with it. She said take off for ten minutes breather. One night I undid my bra and in the morning I was in agony so I decided to persevere. For some reason I think the tightness is what’s supporting it all while the stitches knit the skin. I did notice that as the bloating went It felt a little easier. I think u hVe to stick w it to the bitter end xx
