Id just say take it as it comes as every woman is different if u feel fine after a week go back but if not don’t. I was looking after My 2 kids alone again after 2 days and I was totally fine chick but I’ve been lucky with not having much pain xx

I had overs and 2 weeks off, I felt like I could of gone back after the 1 week was happy at home resting but bored. If u can only get 1 week u should be ok, If you can get 2 weeks I would do.
